  • Academic working papers and main publications

2. Letter of motivation (minimum 400 words, maximum 800 words; including justification for any request for fellowship)

3. Two letters of recommendation, duly signed and dated 2018 with specific reference to the Seminar, from official sources (i.e. university, government or member of the International Law Commission).

4. The deadline for submission of applications has been extended to 6 April 2018. Applications received after that date will not be considered.

* Please be advised that applicants must between 24 and 38 years of age. This rule will be applied strictly.
